1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77ba ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino services accessible at https://77ba.io. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 77ba, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and sports betting, use of bonuses, and your general conduct on the platform.

By registering a 77ba account, depositing funds, or accessing any game or betting market on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you personally and that person.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 77ba website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, casino, and account services accessible at https://77ba.io.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 77ba account balances and transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonuses awarded to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process 77ba uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, referring to payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay operating in Bangladesh.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in BDT that are available for wagering and withdrawal, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary request by a Player to be blocked from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with 77ba, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77ba enforces a strict 21+ policy across all account types and product categories.
• You must be a natural person — corporate registrations are not accepted.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to an MFS provider.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of 77ba, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion request on 77ba or any affiliated platform.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77ba platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77ba reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

77ba reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Verification may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time 77ba deems it necessary for the purposes of fraud prevention, age verification, or regulatory compliance. Documents that may be requested include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 77ba Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another person's account to place bets or access services.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 77ba immediately at the support email address provided on this site. 77ba will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials, or where you have shared your credentials voluntarily with a third party.

77ba may implement two-factor authentication (2FA) as an optional or mandatory security measure. Where 2FA is available, Players are strongly encouraged to enable it to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. 77ba reserves the right to require 2FA for specific account actions, including large withdrawals or account detail changes.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Supported Payment Methods and Currency

All transactions on the 77ba platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and selected other Bangladeshi financial institutions. 77ba does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate currency conversion services.

5.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit on 77ba is ৳500 via MFS providers and ৳1,000 via bank transfer. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay typically credit to the Player's 77ba account balance in real time, subject to the availability of the relevant MFS network. 77ba does not charge a fee for deposits, though your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges — please consult your provider's fee schedule.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is not registered to the Player — are not accepted and may result in the return of funds and account suspension pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 77ba will process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the Player's KYC status.

77ba reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; (b) the Player's account is under investigation for suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; (c) the Player holds an active Bonus Funds balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements; or (d) there is a chargeback or dispute pending in relation to the Player's payment history.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 77ba reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts where a Real Money Balance remains. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by completing the standard 77ba Login process.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77ba sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail. 77ba reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where: (a) a bet has been placed on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement; (b) a manifest pricing error has occurred; (c) the event has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; or (d) there is evidence that the event is subject to match-fixing or corruption.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on 77ba covers BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral international series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers and other Test nations. In-play cricket markets are available for selected fixtures. Where a match is interrupted by weather or other factors, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applied by the official match officials, or markets will be voided if no official result is declared.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

Casino games on the 77ba platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games such as 3-Hand Casino Hold'em — are provided by third-party game developers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates under the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters established by the game developer. Published RTP values are available in each game's information panel. 77ba does not modify the RNG or odds parameters of any third-party game.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products on the 77ba platform. These limits are displayed within each market, game, or table at the time of play. 77ba reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where unusual betting patterns are identified, or where it is necessary to manage risk exposure. Players will be informed of any account-level restrictions that apply to them.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

77ba offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, and event-specific free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all 77ba promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Real Money Balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds. Once Real Money Balance reaches zero, Bonus Funds become active.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus across multiple accounts is considered a breach of these Terms.
• 77ba reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus prior to any modification will have their bonus treated under the original terms unless the modification is required by applicable law.
• Certain game types — including live dealer games, high-volatility slots, and progressive jackpot titles — may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ba platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting identified errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies in any betting market or casino game ("bonus abuse" or "arbitrage betting" where conducted systematically to exploit the platform rather than for genuine entertainment).
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any third party to manipulate the outcome of a bet or game.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, money laundering, or theft.
• Using the platform to conduct any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime. 77ba will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant financial intelligence units in Bangladesh in connection with any suspected financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with MFS providers or banks without first attempting to resolve the matter with 77ba support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ba platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, page layouts, software, text, game interfaces, and the 77ba brand name and associated trademarks — is the intellectual property of 77ba or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 77ba intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You may not frame, mirror, scrape, or index any part of the 77ba platform using automated tools without written permission. Unauthorised use of 77ba intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ba and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or payment processing delays.

77ba's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77ba does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77ba will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to minimise disruptions, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Responsible Gaming

77ba is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base in Bangladesh. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 to 72 hours.
• Session Reminders: Players may set time-based reminders that alert them when they have been active on the platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Termination and Suspension

77ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player's account activity poses a fraud or money laundering risk; (c) the Player is under the age of 21; (d) the Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; or (e) it is necessary to do so to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, 77ba reserves the right to withhold the balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are not returned upon account closure regardless of the circumstances.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 77ba support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules, and remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

13. Amendments to These Terms

77ba reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — defined as changes that materially affect a Player's rights or obligations — will be communicated via a notice displayed on the platform upon login, and where possible by email to the address registered to the Player's account. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may be made without individual notification.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 12 before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 77ba operates. In the event of any dispute between you and 77ba arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 77ba support to attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days of being raised with 77ba support, either party may pursue resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms available in the relevant jurisdiction. 77ba will participate in good faith in any such process.

Nothing in this Section prevents 77ba from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it is necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms against prohibited conduct.
